User :   Hi, I'm overweight, I'll start with that. I'm 22 and I'm intermittently feeling dizzy and it's been like it for well over a year on and off and I've been to my local doctor about it who seems to dismiss it every time and sends me on my way. I'm wondering if he's right to send me away because it's likely to be nothing or whether I should find myself a new doctor because it might be something?

User :   Well, every now and again I keep feeling dizzy and it can last between 30 seconds and a whole night
User :   Sometimes I go to bed dizzy and when I wake up I'm still dizzy

User :   We don't have heart disease in the family
