User :   i was wondering what it mean when my ribs are hurting me on my chest and my back. i dont feel sick or anything like that

User :   for a few days....ive also been short of breath

is there any breathing difficulty?

it could be possibly due to costochondritis (inflammation of rib joint)
User :   its ony on my left side. and my heart rate has increased because sometimes i feel like im gonna pass out

and a possible CT scan to pick any other internal problems

it could be possibly due to costochondritis (inflammation of rib joint) or it could be due to angina
