User :   my mother 60 was diagnosed with IDC grade iii score 9 (size of tumour was4.0X4.0cm.she under went bct + aux clearance surgery and her skin,margins and lymph nodes are clear. her ER / PR status is also negative.
User :   she has taken 6 cycles of chemo CEF regimen, what further followup / treatment is recomended?

User :   doc have recomended radiation therapy, But i live in a remote place, i may be unable to follow strict schedule of radiation therapy.

User :   4.0 cm X 4.0 cm it was removed during excisional biopsy ( even before BCT and aux clearence surgery).
