Doctor :   how can i help you?
User :   I am taking ferrous fumarate and i drink alcohol and occasionally smoke marijuana how can this affect my meds?
Doctor :   ferrous fumarate is itself gastric irritant and alcohol also so apart from interfering with absorption of the medication it may cause severe gastritis

Doctor :   smoke and drink are not good for health
