User :   Hi, I have had what I think is an ear infection for about a week now.
User :   I have a fullness feeling in my ear

User :   and pain only occasionally
Doctor :   do u have fever and earache as well?
Doctor :   is there any discharge or swelling around the ears?
User :   no fever although I was sick with the flu right before the ear infection started
