User :   i saw a specialist last year, when I also had an infection

User :   i hate taking anything that I was not told to, by a doctor

User :   he prescribed MYBULEN

User :   mybulen is supposedly to be such a strong pill
Doctor :   you can continue using the painkiller which the doctor gave along with the antibiotics
User :   but it does not help for the pain
User :   i dont have anymore antibiotics
User :   i finished that

User :   i had to take it for 5 days
User :   took the last of that on Monday
User :   pain is in my ear

Doctor :   i suggest that you take Tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily after food
User :   i can also feel my throat is a bit scratchy
Doctor :   it would be better if you use a combination of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen

User :   what about the mybulen? should i not take that anymore?

User :   each tablet contains : ibuprofen 200mg
