User :   Hi Doctor - Since 15 days or so I have dry mouth syndrome
User :   during the day and mostly at nights
User :   i am 38 and non diabetic
User :   good oral hygiene + active lifestyle

User :   its only dry mouth

Doctor :   How much water do you take per day ?
User :   I have around 4 litres per day

Doctor :   Have you been under any excess physical work or work outs or under any mental stress ?
User :   nothing unmanageable

Doctor :   Do you feel you have had some excess sweating in last few days ?
User :   I generally sweat a lot

User :   Why ? You want me to do that ? I am non alcoholic , non smoker
Doctor :   Alcohol is a dehydrating agent , it makes you feel dry .
User :   I consume around 2 cups of coffee a day
Doctor :   Let me give you few suggestions and please let me know in 3 days on your health status and lets take it forward from there, As of now : User :   sure
Doctor :   1. Drink at least 6-7 lts of water a day., either in form of water or juices.
Doctor :   2. Please avoid coffee & Tea as much as possible.
Doctor :   3. Have lots of non-oily foods and fibre diet and more pf fresh veggies and fruits.
