User :   i have the spot on my upper back that goes numb and tingles it started this after i started my job about 2 months ago now im have shoulder pain ?

User :   off and on all day more when im up cleaning or working cuz im a cook and i stand all day

User :   started about week or 2 after i started
Doctor :   if it has started after your change of job, then it could be postural related.
User :   someone said something about ms making your back tingle thats why i got worried
Doctor :   acute onset after change in job might not be due to MS.

User :   ok im back had to pay no there is no history of ms

Doctor :   I would rather recommend you to go ahead with a orthopedic examination and tests like x-ray or MRI scan to see if any nerve involvement is there

Doctor :   taking physiotherapy and strengthening up of back muscles will help in such cases
User :   it comes and goes some days it dont do it at all and then it will do it everyday
Doctor :   take frequent breaks every 1/2 to 1 hour for 5 minutes to have a walk, and do stretching
Doctor :   it will help in minimizing these episodes.
User :   ok that makes me feel better when they send ms i was worry myself to death

Doctor :   it could be due to the stress of work.and as i said earlier, a careful examination and further tests will help in knowing the exact cause.

Doctor :   start with exercises when pain is less or not there.
Doctor :   take Tab Tylenol 2 times day when pain is more or present the entire day
