Doctor:Do you have abdominal pain?
Doctor:Are you active sexually?
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Blood in the urine is a concerning symptom. However since it is the first time and you only had few drops of blood, this probably could be due to an infection or stone.
Doctor:I suggest you to continue drinking lot of fluids and monitor the symptoms.
Doctor:In all probabilities, you should be fine in a day or two.
Doctor:However if the symptoms persist and if the pain and burning sensation increases, please get your urine checked.
User:i did some strength training in gym ,,cld that me a reason
User:i had a complete health check last week frm manipal
Doctor:Urine routine and culture will be the initial tests that are warranted.
Doctor:Severe and strenuous physical exercise can result in muscle breakdown and leakage of blood in the urine.
Doctor:That may be the cause.
User:is it serious ?
Doctor:But if you do not have body aches and if you are passing normal quantity of urine, I do not suspect any serious trouble.
Doctor:However as I said, you need to carefully monitor
User:sure i'll do that
Doctor:the amount of urine passed and whether or not there is more blood
Doctor:and whether there is any colour changes to the urine.
User:so i will wait for 2 days and monitor
