User :   I got drenched in rain yesterday and sat in AC for couple of hours after that. Now my entire body is aching a lot and I think I have temperature. Feeling a bit nauseous too.
Doctor :   Yes it looks like you have temperature.
Doctor :   You can take Crocin for the time being and get your temperature checked.
User :   I wasn't able to have dinner yesterday. Directly had lunch today. My stomach also feels very upset and hurts
Doctor :   ok,Since you skipped lunch you have acidity , that is the reason you feel nauseated.
Doctor :   Avoid spicy and oily meals, drink hot beverages.
User :   Actually I feel like that a lot these days. Anything I eat my stomach starts hurting after a while.
Doctor :   Do you often skip meals or eat at inappropriate times?
User :   very much
Doctor :   ok, you might be having stomach ulcers.
Doctor :   Dont make this a habit.
Doctor :   Avoid tea and cofee, this will aggravate your condition even more.

Doctor :   Every night after dinner do not sleep immediately, sleep after half to one hr and use a raised pillow.
User :   oh ok..I will take a crocin for now..If temperature does not reduce i'l get myself checked up. Thank you.

User :   i dont drink coffee at all..only milk..not even tea

User :   no..i just keeping doing something or the other
Doctor :   Make it a point to use the bedroom only for sleeping purpose , do not watch tv or work there.
Doctor :   keep a fixed time for sleeping everyday
Doctor :   Do exercise in the morning and meditation
Doctor :   Drink hot milk before sleeping.
Doctor :   if nothing works you will have to meet psychiatrist for prescription.
