User :   my ecg is eco report is ok except mild left ventricular bp is around 85-90 / mild LVH something very serious
Doctor :   may i know ur age, height, weight , before i can comment
Doctor :   Your BP is normal so far
User :   age 38...height 5feet 11inches...weight 82 kgs
Doctor :   Mild LVH, can occur due to physical activity or age related changes as well as conditions like Hypertension, etc
User :   but is it very serious or can it lead into something serious....what precaution can i take
Doctor :   your weight is adequate and is at the average
Doctor :   but i would advice wt loss of a few Kgs Which will help u a lot
Doctor :   as such, at your age, it can cause no issues
User :   i am smoker....5-6 per day....please dont tell to stop that
Doctor :   but progression over a long time, and dev of conditions like HIGH BP, diabetes etc can cause progression and heart failure if it becomes moderate or severe hypertrophy
Doctor :   smoking can reduce blood flow to heart
Doctor :   and for better heart health, it is adviced to stop smoking

User :   does pranayam help....or should i do intense cardio vascular exersices
Doctor :   good lifestyle & healthy habits
Doctor :   yoga, meditation, pranayama, etc will help reduce mental and physical stress
Doctor :   regular physical workouts in a gym, will keep the heart healthy
User :   is driving car bad
Doctor :   good healthy nutrition , low fat diet is needed
Doctor :   car driving is not bad,m
Doctor :   but the stress of traffiic while driving can increase ur BP
Doctor :   and in turn, long term High BP can affect ur heart
