I have been going to gym regularly for muscle growth and fat reduction for the past 6 months...
I have not been able to reduce belly fat..
there has been an improvement in muscles..
what do you suggest to achieve both fat looss and muscle growth efficiently
btw i'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian

height-167 cms, weight-69 kg, waist- 34in

none doctor...my health is pretty good..I hardly fall sick

Your anthropometry measurements including waist circumference are in ideal limits and I do not find any signs of over weight.
However it is possible that you have localized fat collection in the abdominal region.
Many find such localized masses hard to resolve.
But eventually with good exercise, body toning and diet it resolves.
As your current weight and waist circumference are in ideal limits, I do not suggest any changes in your dietary pattern.
Continue the exercise you do. Add abdominal toning exercise such as sit ups.

Avoid high carb diet like too oily, too sweet diet.
