User :   Hello Doctor, My major problem is I feel dizziness with changing positions. My other symptoms are I have severe fatigue, low blood pressure(90/60), itching in my ears, loss of apetite, memory loss, high rbc count and high eosinophils. Please recommend what to do.

User :   I took a lot of medicines, vitamins, did yogas, lot of necessary diets but all in vain. No benefit I still feel dizziness.

User :   My t3, t4 and tsh are normal
User :   My echo is normal
Doctor :   Did you underwent any CT head and MRI ?
User :   my ecg is normal
User :   my blood sugar is normal

User :   Right now I have stopped all medications. Because nothing is working. Right now I am trying epley maneuver for bppv. But no benefit.

User :   For infection in the ear I have already visited 3 ENT specialists. None found any infection in my ear.

User :   I also used candibiotic and ciprofloxacin ear drops. But no benefit.

User :   Who will do LP csf test, a physician or any other?

User :   Which type of infection?
Doctor :   Its a basic lab test, i want that you should get these tests done as soon as possible so that you don't suffer any more
Doctor :   The type of infection is found out by LP test . it can be bacterial or fungal . so thats why the tests are important
User :   Will it be a blood test?
Doctor :   And then based on that you will be treated accordingly
Doctor :   No they will take some fluid from your back.
Doctor :   Its a Out patient procedure will take just 5 mins
User :   I am suffering from dizziness, fatigue and low bp from last 10 months
Doctor :   Once these important tests are done, the cause will be out and treatment can begin
