Doctor :   Let me tell you the common cause of dizziness
Doctor :   1)Low blood pressure
User :   Before 1 year I used to smoke and I was taking some times alcohols also but now left completely
Doctor :   2) Diabetes
Doctor :   3) Dehydration
User :   I am having low blood pressure 90/60 units. My blood sugar is normal
Doctor :   ok then your cause is the the low blood pressure
Doctor :   Have you shown it to any doctor ?
User :   Dehydration, as I believe, if it will be the reason, my dizziness will go with one glass of water, Is it right?
Doctor :   as you see When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.

Doctor :   Let me tell you that you need the following tests to be done
Doctor :   1)Vital signs
User :   But what is the remedy to it, I took lot of vitamins, lot of diets specialized for low bp, salts, did yogas, but nothing works. I still feel dizziness, and my bp not increasing

Doctor :   3) evaluation of electrolytes

Doctor :   1) Get plenty to drink, have regular meals, and get plenty of rest.
Doctor :   2) Standing up more slowly may help dizziness associated with position changes.
Doctor :   once all the tests are results are out we will be able to understand your position better
User :   my other symptoms are I am having severe fatigue, low body temperature 95 degree fahrenheit and itching in my left ear
User :   I feel dizziness when I change my positions
Doctor :   Complete cell count will let us know if you have any underline infection
User :   What is complete blood count, Is it count of rbc and wbc?
Doctor :   and other cells
Doctor :   including WBC and RBC
User :   Is there any test for electrolytes?
