Doctor :   I feel it could be most probably due to bacterial infection of the follicles.

Doctor :   This can happen due to stagnation of sweat in the areas producing infection.

Doctor :   Apply Calamine lotion in the affected area twice daily.

Doctor :   Keep the area clean by dabbing with fresh dry cloth every 2 hrs.
Doctor :   Maintain good hygeine.

Doctor :   Observe for 15 days, if there is no improvement even after following these measures, you might need an antibiotic cream like soframycin.
