User:Good evening Doc.
Doctor:good evening
User:Off lately I have been having some discomfort in my right elbow
Doctor:sorry about that
Doctor:proceed further
User:There is no pain when I press it
User:However, when flexing or stretching the arm there is a mild discomfort
User:I won't call it pain at the present moment. Something similar to when u accidently bump your elbow into something hard
Doctor:there could be a possible muscle spasm
User:I have a 13 month old kid and keep carrying him around primarily on my right arm
Doctor:You could do some relaxation and stretching exercises of the elbow
User:so the elbow tends to remain in the same position for long
Doctor:that is the spasm
Doctor:you need to do the exact opposite movement every now and then to release the spasm
User:Thank you Dr.
Doctor:get well soon
Doctor:pleasure is mine, anytime
User:Have a pleasant evening.
Doctor:take care
Doctor:you too
Doctor:bye for now
