User :   not much spicy and oily.. but to point out, I felt really good sometimes with non-veg too.. so it is hard for me to understand why and when this discomfort really happens...

User :   yes.. between 8 and 9 AM breakfast ; between 12 and 1 is Lunch ; and between 8 and 9 is dinner;

User :   i have visited a gastro doctor few months back and he prescribed some medicines including engymes like tablets.. that seems to have given some relief but permanent..

Doctor :   You can take DIGENE MPS, which would help in reduction of gastric production.
Doctor :   Tab METOCLOPRAMIDE would help as this medication would reduce gastric production along with increase in movements of the gut .

Doctor :   So, due to increased movements they won't be any storage of gases.
Doctor :   You need to take these for atleast 15 days.
Doctor :   Regarding metoclopramide it requires prescription so please discuss regarding this withyour doctor.

User :   Yes doctor.. I should take both together or should i try with Digene MPS first ?
Doctor :   You can take digene for thrice a day half an hour before food and regarding metoclopromide one tablet a day would be enough before food.
