User:I want to ask something about my friend
User:her health problem

User:last 1 year 6 month back she had a gallbladder surgery,she had to remove her gallbladder.
User:after that always she is facing digestion prob
User:from last week she is taking some nutrlilite food supplement
User:bio-c, multivitamin,natural-B,vit E and omega 3.
User:after that she is facing gastric prob, gas stuck in her chest
User:but she is feeling more energetic
User:right now these food supplement is good for her or not?
User:she is confused
Doctor:The food supplements are healthy supplements. However the need for it needs to be reviewed. It can be continued.
User:which food supplement is good for her
Doctor:The gastric problems she has now may not be related to these supplements. It may be due to GERD.
Doctor:She can take antacid syrup like Syp Mucaine gel 2 tsp thrice a day after meals for 2-3 weeks.
Doctor:Eat soft and less spicy food.
Doctor:Avoid skipping meals and eating full.
Doctor:Sleep only after an hour after dinner.
Doctor:Apart from this, the indigestion problem you reported is very commonly found in many people post cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal).
