User :   Hi Doctor
My Dad has been diagnosed with diabetes ( Type II ) 5 years back.He has been losing a lot of weight since then. We were told its mainly due insulin. Since last 15 days he had problem with eating and then became so weak that he was not able to walk. We hospitalized him where they hydrated him and also performed test like endoscopy and Cytology and he received treatment accordingly. One of the doctor also suggested to test for memory impairment ( as one of doctors doubted Alzeimer ) but my dad responded well in MRI and EEG test and hence been discharged. Today evening he was not able to eat properly again (esp semi hard diet ) and was not responding to our questions...He had problem speaking because of weakness but that worries us cause he used to talk sometimes in hospital to us...Any suggestions please
