User :   I have a problem with staying focused when i study my college meterials, and i seem to forget the information to easily no matter how hard i try. I have been told i may have ADHD, but have never been tested. Is there anyting that may work? Such as a product like Neurostin?

Doctor :   3) start a multivitamin suppliment that contains zinc, it helps to control a few of the symptom.
Doctor :   4) taking fish oil supplements or fish like salmon, albacore tuna, herring, mackerel, trout, and sardines that contain omega 3 fatty acids also help
Doctor :   5) change diet habit to high protien, and less of simple carbohydrate diet.
Doctor :   these measures will help you to improve few of your symptoms.
Doctor :   but the proper treatment has to a combined approach with counselling, therapies and medication
