User :   I am so sorry sir i couldn't continue due to power cut.

User :   Everyday i go to gym at 5.00 pm

User :   But the problem is that as i have a irritable bowel problem so can i proceed with abdominal excersise?

User :   And another thing is that my gym is not air conditioned.i excersise everyday one and half hour.

User :   Yes at first i excercise half an hour and gradually incrase the time and i am in gym since 8months

User :   i have a class which end at 3.30 pm and i reach 4.30 pm at home then i take rice.So hwo many hours should i wait to go to gym?

User :   And is it ok to take rice as i also take rice at 10.30 before giong to class.

User :   PAin is alwaws before bowel.after bowel pain is reliefed

Doctor :   for the loose stools
Doctor :   try and avoid the foods that cause pain
User :   Pain is ok but semi solid stool ohh... i cant tolerate.

Doctor :   with decreasing bowel irritability
Doctor :   Eat at regular times
Doctor :   be careful with milk products as they may sometimes cause problems

Doctor :   Drink plenty of liquids like fruit juices, coconut water, butter milk
User :   Thats not possible sir because i have 3 alternate day class.This days i have to take lunch 4.30or 5.00 pm.But another day i take lunch 1.30pm

Doctor :   take packed lunch if possible
Doctor :   sandwiches are a good option
User :   I naver eat milk product
Doctor :   avoid eating delayed meals

Doctor :   you can slowly start introducing different kinds of food in your diet
User :   i dont know when i will be free from this phobia

Doctor :   first get rid of anxiety and stress as they increase the bowel problem
