User :   Is peanut butter okay to eat on a stomach ache?
User :   I have had a stomach ache for the past 6 days from not eating right.

User :   Hello Doctor.
User :   Let me fill you in on a little background.
Doctor :   How are you feeling today?

User :   Really? I was the person who had a stomach ache due to not eating for 8hours?
User :   Am i the same person?
Doctor :   I know your details.
Doctor :   Peanut butter will not add to the stomach ache.
Doctor :   I hope you are not allergic to peanuts.
User :   Okay doctor, well today, for dinner, i ate steamed fish with ginger, and some rice. It was great, but as you know, steamed fish is very light, and i ate that 4 hours ago. Right now, my stomach is aching a little bit, but its also cramping up, and im getting rumbles in my stomach, does that mean i need to eat?
Doctor :   Yes, these are probably hunger pangs

User :   I just made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with ginger honey tea, i am not allergic to peanuts.
Doctor :   due to the gut movements.
User :   I am not constipated, as today i just naturally went to the bathroom, there was no blood in my stool, but it was a little bit of diarrhea, it wasn't full liquid, nor was it really solid, no irregular color either, the previous doctor told me that is normal.
User :   I use to get stomach aches constantly, but i haven't had constant stomach aches at all, so does that mean i am getting better or improving? I have been eating more.
Doctor :   Your symptoms are fine.
Doctor :   Continue with regular eating habits.
Doctor :   You should feel better soon.
User :   Oh, is it possible for my stomach to ache while i am eating, considering my stomach hasn't had food regularly because of work and school?
Doctor :   Watch out for worsening of the stomach cramps, difficulty to pass stools and flatus, and vomiting.
Doctor :   Report to a doctor if these symptoms appear.
User :   I have had no diarrhea, no nausea, and the ache is in the lower intestine area.
User :   My symptoms are actually improving, passing gas just fine (no pain while i pass gas), not constipated, no nausea, no aches constantly like before, and after i eat, my aches go away. When i get hungry, that's when my ache appears. I have been avoiding fatty foods, and spicy foods. I have been drinking ginger honey tea, and eating steamed fish, and chicken noodle soup and toast.
User :   When i get the ache, its not my stomach its the lower intestine. Right now, the ache i am experiencing is different from the ache i get in the lower intestine. The ache i have right now is like a hunger ache, like my stomachs trying to digest something but nothings in there, so that's why i am eating the peanut butter jelly sandwich, and no problem so far.
Doctor :   Yes, your present symptoms are probably hunger pangs,
Doctor :   continue with regular eating habbits.
User :   Oh, is it okay to consume chili beef? Chili beef is a fried beef that's in this spicy chili sauce.
Doctor :   The symptoms of severe cramps, vomiting, inabilty to pass stools and flatus are symptoms of a serious conditions such as an obstruction or diverticulum.
Doctor :   where you need evaluation and specific treatment.
User :   Yeah, i don't have any of that, like i said, when i eat, my ache goes away. And when it does ache, it's not severe at all, more like annoying.
Doctor :   then that should be fine.
Doctor :   Restrict spicy food, caffeine products such as coffee, dark chocolates till your diet becomes regular,
User :   Yeah, like i just ate half my sandwich, and my ache is slowly disappearing.

User :   The first day the ache started, it was constant, but now, it's not constant and it's noticeable at all unless i think about it.

User :   But, all the symptoms i have told you, my problems aren't severe right?
User :   No fever for the past 6 days, i went to the bathroom yesterday, and today with no problem.
Doctor :   Since you haven't had these symptoms, your symptoms, though lasted for 6 days was probably a non concerning one.
User :   So it's just me over thinking and over stressing basically?
Doctor :   Yes,
User :   Is it okay to drink a lot of ginger tea? I have already drank 3 cups of hot ginger tea.
Doctor :   Relax now and start eating regularly,

User :   Okay doctor,
Doctor :   Apart for spicy food, you can consume any other diet.
User :   I am back, i payed for a month of talking.
User :   Yes doctor, i just finished my peanut butter jelly sandwich, and my ache is almost completely gone.

User :   So doctor, if my symptoms would have gotten worse, would it already have gotten worse? I mean since i am eating constantly now, my symptoms will just clear up?
Doctor :   I do not expect it to get worse now.

User :   That's a sign of relief, because what you said earlier, made me over think....

User :   Nope, none at all doctor.

User :   Okay, so basically, if i don't eat regular, then my symptoms will return, but if i eat meals everyday when i am suppose too, then my symptoms will basically disappear?

Doctor :   your symptoms are also related to anxiety.
User :   Yes because before, i use to eat everyday, i would eat immediately if i felt hungry, but while i worked or went to school, i would ignore the hunger...
Doctor :   Intestinal rumblings can occur during anxiety.
User :   Yeah like if i THINK my stomach's going to ache, it will ache, or if i over think because my stomach's rumbling, i will start stressing out.
Doctor :   Therefore, its also equally important, that you don't panic.
Doctor :   Involve yourself in good physical activities,
User :   Yes doctor, that's why i am here right now to talk to you, so you can make me feel relaxed, because i do tend to over think easily.
Doctor :   eat healthy food, be regular with them
Doctor :   and restrict junk foods.
User :   For example, i was with my friend's today, and i didn't once think of my stomach, and i had no ache's or pain. But once i am watching t.v or something by myself, i will tend to think about my ache..
User :   Hold on doctor, i need to grab some water, i am thirsty.
User :   Oh i might add, i have no heartburn at all for the past 6 days, no acid reflux.....

User :   So, all these signs are good right? And my stomach ache is completely gone.
Doctor :   Yes, these are good signs.
User :   So then your opinion is just hunger pains?
User :   When i urinate, no hurting, no nothing.
User :   When i have flatus, no hurting, no pain.

Doctor :   They are more likely to be due to irregular eating habits.
User :   Okay, from the symptoms i told you, and that i am feeling better, how long do you think this ache will last?
User :   I think my internet stopped for a second.
Doctor :   Your symptoms will disappear as soon as you start eating normally and you stop over thinking about it.
User :   Oh, and i have already drank 3 cups of ginger honey tea, should i continue to drink the ginger tea, or just drink water?
User :   So honestly, you really think i am getting better, i am just over stressing myself, causing the pain to return?

Doctor :   hence its necessary that you control your anxiety.
User :   my anxiety is the cause?
User :   Because, when i am pre-occupied with a game, or with my friends and my stomach doesnt hurt at all.....
Doctor :   So its more likely that anxiety is contributing to all your symptoms.
Doctor :   you need to improve on that.
Doctor :   Relax your self.
Doctor :   Deep breathing exercises, counting exercise are few means of overcoming anxiety.
User :   Doctor, can you say something to me to relax me about my symptoms?
Doctor :   An effective way to aid in relaxation is as follows.
User :   cuz i keep thinking i have something serious, or this ache is never going to go away.
Doctor :   Take deep breathe and inhale and slowly exhale.
Doctor :   Repeat the same while counting them.
Doctor :   This will increase the blood flow to the brain and helps in relaxation.
Doctor :   Alternative methods of relaxing during anxious state is a cool shower bath.
Doctor :   These are 2 simple relaxation exercises.
Doctor :   Apart from this mild early morning exercises, regular sleeping will prevent the symptoms of anxiety.
User :   Yes i understand doctor, but can you say something that will make me relax? I am the type of person that will relax if someone says something that will assure me i will be fine, and i am getting better.

User :   but can u assure me, that i have nothing serious, and that my symptoms are getting better?
Doctor :   Importantly the beauty of human body is such that even if the individual does not take proper care of himself, it gets better with time and adjusts to it

User :   so i am getting better doctor?

User :   Okay, if it was serious, i would have blood in my stool, or vomiting right?
User :   Since i dont have any of these for the past 6 days.

User :   Yes, like right now, i am watching tv, taking deep breaths, and i feel good.
User :   oh doctor, this next question is a totally different question...
User :   how much hair are we suppose to lose a day?
Doctor :   IT depends but most people lose at 80 to 100 hair per day
User :   Okay, because when i shower, when i dry my hair off with a towel, i lose about 20-30 hairs.
User :   only when i dry my hair after a shower,

Doctor :   you lose very less that means less than the average
User :   Oh, so thats normal?

User :   Oh doctor, my ache is gone, but right now i feel my lower intestine digesting the food i just ate, and it feels as if later i will have to pass stool with no problem. I had the same feeling i did yesterday night. I ate chicken soup with rice, and after i ate, i felt my lower intestine with some pressure, and i woke up using the restroom.
User :   Yes doctor that is fine, i will talk to you tomorrow then.
User :   Thank you, you made me feel better, and i feel better considering i have been saying to myself, i feel better i am better, im getting better.
