Doctor :   eat â?¢ nuts like almonds, cashew. raisins , walnuts in your diet atleast once in a day.
Breakfast shld incld egg with breads or chapatis wheat with ghee or butter.
A glass of milk with protein powder or dry fruit powder.
You can mix soya atta or bajra atta or millet atta in your wheat chapatis. include basmati rice.
Non-veg to b included daily. if you are non-vegetarien.
If veg then paneer 3-4 times and include more of chana, rajmah , matki in your diet everyday.
Have milkshakes for snacks or any snack will do.

In general your diet should include 4-5Tbsp of oil everyday and 2-3 tbsp of ghee everyday
2 glasses of buffalo's milk everyday.
Enjoy a desert everyday.
Do not forget to have fruits like custard apple, banana, grapes , pineapple along with the others.
One of the best ways to improve weight is to sleep more and more at least 9 to 10 hours a day. It may not be healthy practice.
