User :   I have recently tested my cholestrol levels and i am 27 yrs old

User :   can u suggest me some simple cardio excercises that dont strain the heart too much...if so i will face the problem of acute pain again..

Doctor :   See to that atleast cardio exercises thrice a week is done and minimum 1 hour moderate exercise daily
User :   but one thing i noticed is that i am not able to control or reduce my palpitations..if continuously use clonazepam then its ok...else evry thing becomes abnormal
User :   i am addicted to these medications from 4 months...
Doctor :   Its a depressant and will have withdrwal symptoms
Doctor :   You should taper them and discontinue
Doctor :   they will cause high degree of dependence

User :   ist when i try to do that even to lower the dosage i am experiencing higher palpitations...they were prescribed by a psychiatr

Doctor :   These drugs are prone for severe side effects follwoing withdrawal hence will require extra care
Doctor :   There are drugs in substitute which can be only prescribed by the psychiatrist

User :   yes reduce anxiety ..every day...some .5 mg
Doctor :   Ok now are releived from the anxiety issues
Doctor :   Better revist him an explain your symptoms he might modify the drug
Doctor :   Because some people also develop very untoward experiences
User :   i am only 46kg wt and very much under weight...but my concern now is that it will be very difficult for me to gain weight after doing all these exercises and following the diet rules..
