User :   ok..I have a nasal problem..
User :   I had a X ray taken couple of days ago

User :   I can make it out much from the x ray..
User :   I had a doubt that the septum got deviated..and I consulted a physician
User :   he asked me to get an X ray
User :   the X ray..says that the septum position is upright..but its swollen
User :   not able to makeout exactly what it means though

User :   I usually feel very tired these days..
User :   i feel lika am losing my energy very quickly
User :   I suddenly become silent..feeling very tired..even when am in a group
User :   so one day..while we were discussing in a group..i came to know that if the septum is not the nose..u may not get adequate sleep..becuase of inconsistent sleep u feel like tired and depressed..
User :   I immediately felt..I need to check if i have a nasal problem..becuase...earlier..I had a blow on my nose..
User :   and from then nose is like swollen a bit..
User :   i did not take it seriously ...

User :   nyways it happened 6-7 years ago..but i just wanted to check if it was the problem..
User :   I checked the symptoms in the net..
User :   I found that am not able to breath properly when i close my right nostril and breathed with the left
User :   so I had a doubt..and consulted the physician
User :   so he asked me to get an X ray
User :   but am not sure at this point whether this has anything to do with my energy
User :   the physician says it might result becuase of stress as well
User :   so i need ur suggestion..plz
Doctor :   Feeling tired and lethargic are going to have many problems and they would be like Low hemoglobin levels that is the most common, lack of sleep, immune levels being low in you, and not having complete and balanced meal

Doctor :   well since you have got the X-ray done and ruled out the Septum then you have ruled out one condition
User :   and also the haemoglobin levels are normal..
User :   I had a CBP
Doctor :   i would suggest you to take good balanced diet and have regular exercise regimen
Doctor :   Preferably exercise in the morning it will help you
User :   Am a vegetarian..and I dont even take egg..can u suggest me some good diet..where it is on par with any other non veg diet

Doctor :   consume milk and milk products along with plant-based foods.
Doctor :   fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Doctor :   sources of protein include soy products, meat substitutes, legumes, lentils, nuts, seeds and whole grains.
Doctor :   dark green vegetables, such as spinach, turnip and collard greens, AAAAAAA and broccoli, are good sources of calcium.

Doctor :   You can get vitamin B-12 from some enriched cereals, fortified soy products or by taking a supplement that contains this vitamin.
Doctor :   Dried beans and peas, lentils, enriched cereals, whole-grain products, dark leafy green vegetables, and dried fruit are good sources of iron.
