User :   1 yr or 18 mths
User :   yes, O/s food he started from 5 mths
Doctor :   Is he eating them well ?
User :   yes
Doctor :   usually kids can be breast fed , for up to 1.5 years age
Doctor :   that is upto 18 months age
Doctor :   In case, you do want to wean your kid,you need to divert his mind off breast feeding
Doctor :   This would take some time and you need to be persistent
Doctor :   Distraction, is a key weaning strategy.
User :   but at nite time, what distraction should I use
Doctor :   If your child asks for milk, always offer him a cup from the refrigerator first, even if it would be much easier to nurse.
