User :   i have had a readin gof 140/100 last week at the doctors and yesterday had a reading of 150/80.
I am jazz dancing one evening a week and ballet another evening a week.
I eat 90% healthy eating style but weigh 12st 10lbs
Last year I managed to reach 11st 13lbs.
I have just come off citalopram 10mg within the last two weeks, spending one month gradually decreasing frequency of taking them.
I spent a large part of last year cycling, using exercise equipment, swimming daily whilst near outdoor pools and quick workouts in gyms.
I have gone throught the change
And things are stressful right now.
I have another bp check on Friday and an ecg and fasting blood test
My mother and brother have high blood pressure and her father died of an irregular heart rhythm in 1944.
Should I be worried?
