Doctor :   Chickenpox is a viral infection, producing fever along with lesions over body.
Doctor :   It is usually seen when there is low immunity.
User :   ok..thanks, can I take HOT MILK - as my mother said I should not take any hot food.
Doctor :   So, the diet would be which increases the immunity.
Doctor :   Consume lots of green leafy vegetables.
Doctor :   avoid oily and spicy food.
Doctor :   Hot milk would be fine, but make it sure its of bearable temperature.
User :   Ok...thank you...Can I take food with regular salt level? or I should avoid salt completely?
Doctor :   avoid meat and fish as this increases the chances of superadded infections and also the body wouldn be in right state to digest it all.
Doctor :   drink lots of fluids like water and fruit juices.
User :   ok. Should I take any tablet for fever (100 C)?
Doctor :   yes, salt can be taken at regular levels.
Doctor :   I feel if fever is more than 100 you can Tab DOLO 500mg thrice a day for 5 days but if less than 100 and if bearable avoid any medications.
User :   ok...second questions there any clinical test to confirm the infection during incubation period ( I am asking this for my wife & she is 7 weeks pregnant)?
