Doctor :   you are in a wheel chair and able to sit up strait lift your legs one at a time only to where it feels comfortable don't over exert, wave arms up and down while doing this do it slow and controlled. If you can point toes then flex feet back slowly turn them around in a circle. sit up tall hold arm rests and march slow and controlled if you can hold your abs in.A good exercise you can do is to keep feet on feet rests or floor if balance is good enough just balance sit up tall put handhold arm rests in back of chair so elbows go up like facing the ceiling push whole body up this helps keep flab under arms toned
Doctor :   u can also try yoga as well
Doctor :   r u able to follow
Doctor :   confirm ur details please
