Doctor :   What is the nature of your work and Do you have the Habit of performing any exercises
User :   Its a typical desk work.....I generally do a bit of exercise, 15 mins walk every day.
Doctor :   Well I would suggest you to increase this 15 min walk to at least min of half an hour and more than just a walk
Doctor :   It would be good if you can get into doing some sort of
Doctor :   Exercise like Swimming or jogging or even Cycling
Doctor :   and Do keep a watch on the diet that you take make
