Doctor :   The normal BMI for adult males is 20-25.
Doctor :   You are on the lower side of the normal range.
Doctor :   It will be sufficient if you just maintain a healthy diet.
Doctor :   I suggest that you take 2 glasses of Whole milk per day preferably with a protein powder like Proteinex.
Doctor :   You should also take small frequent regular meals instead of large meals.

Doctor :   You should add eggs, soya, pulses, legumes and beans to your diet. Mutton and fish are also good.
