User :   Doc, this is in regards to my wife
Doctor :   Ok
User :   She delivered a baby in april and alls well
Doctor :   Ok
User :   toay since 11am she has been having bouts of loos motions
User :   i suspect it is due to the neem juice she has early morning
Doctor :   Does she have any other symptoms?
User :   i gave her bi-quinol tablet + Glucon D 2 glasses + 3 banana's since then
Doctor :   Why does she take neem juice?
User :   her mother told her to have it, she use to have at her house as well...
Doctor :   Doe she have any fever or vomiting?
User :   no, extreme weakness due to dehydration
User :   as she is breastfeeding a well
Doctor :   Does she have family history of Diabetes?
User :   no
User :   her mother has , but it is borderline...
Doctor :   1)Give her Electrol 5 to 6 times to prevent dehydration.
Doctor :   Also she is lactating it is very necessary.
Doctor :   2)Give Sporolac tab 2 times a day.

Doctor :   3)Give Bland diet like Khichdi
Doctor :   For Loose motion

Doctor :   Have more of fruits like Banana.
Doctor :   $)Give buttermilk but avoid milk.
User :   she use to have 3 glasses of milk daily - again reccomended by her mother :-)
Doctor :   Daily she can have but avoid till motions are controlled.

Doctor :   Have you followed what i have said?
User :   as she has taken 2 tablets of biquinol, can i give her sporolac now ?
User :   yes i have followed

Doctor :   Once you start giving Electrol she will be better, also she is feeding it may be causing weakness.
