User :   aunty sick with vomiting n diarreoa what could it be?

Doctor :   May I know how many times she had vomitted in the last 24hrs and how many times did she have diarrheal motion ?
User :   she is vomiting every hour for the pass 15 hrs and her right lung is hurting.....4-5 diarrheal motion
Doctor :   How was the stool, Very watery, Foul smelling, Mucus laden or Blood laden ?
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   watery n sloppy if that helps
Doctor :   Does she have any BLOOD PRESSURE or DIABETES ?
User :   no she doesnt
Doctor :   Ok, That is encouraging.
Doctor :   1. ORS rehydration sachets one every 2 hours in water.
Doctor :   2. Domperidone/Motilium tablets one in the morning and one in the evening.
Doctor :   5mg of domperidone.
Doctor :   for prevention of vomitings.
User : guessing u can get them over the counter at the chemist
Doctor :   Yes all the medicines are OTC.

User :   possibilty thought she has food poisoning

Doctor :   You can also take a 3. Loperamide which is also an OTC Drug thrice daily , and is usually 20mg. per dose.

Doctor :   If she has these medication and ORS.
Doctor :   Please ask her to take lot of water and juices.
Doctor :   And ask her to take easily digestable food.
