User : do we test for that sir?
Doctor :   Many studies show that children born to mothers with untreated TB may have low birth weight or fetal growth retardation and in some cases may be born with hearing defects. TB also increases complications during pregnancy. It can also spread to the foetus through the umbilical cord.
Doctor :   that can be tested by the Ultrasound test and the Per vaginal Scan and tests for Tubal Patency..
Doctor :   done in the Laproscopic Method.
User : it possible by only ultrasound as the other is surgical and iam scared...whatif i dont have, wont it be risky
Doctor :   No there is no risk involved with the Procedure and However
Doctor :   It will first be Ultrasound and only if that is Inconclusive they will go for the Tubal Insuflation test
User :   ok sir, one last question sir
Doctor :   During pregnancy, your immune system is suppressed and this makes you more vulnerable to catching TB or activate the TB that has been Latent in your Body..

User :   ok sir
Doctor :   Yes tell me S
User :   does latent tb always be associated with tubal bolckage? or what are the chances sir
