User :   I lose my vision and go deaf a lot when i haven't eaten a meal for a few hours... that and i cant concentrate on anything and I cant form sentences... do i have diabetes or something?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
How can I help you?
User :   hi
Doctor :
These are not the symptoms of diabetes.
User :   i have a few questions about my health... and i didnt want to go to a doctor doctor cause they are expensive... oh... those arent? do you know what they are symptoms of?
Doctor :
You can check your blood sugar levels to confirm this.
Doctor :
Diabetes, most often are detected incidentally.
Doctor :
I mean most often do not present with symptoms and are found by the blood sugar test.
Doctor :
Occasionally they cause symptoms such as increased thirst, increased frequency of urination.
Doctor :
Increased appetite, blurring of vision (not related only after meals), easily fatiguability,
Doctor :
Reduced wound healing.
Doctor :
So if these symptoms are noticed then diabetes may be the cause.
Doctor :
But as I mentioned since diabetes can be asymptomatic also, if you want to look if you have diabetes, then I suggest you to get the blood sugars checked.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   have i followed? have i followed what you are saying?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   well i probably dont have diabetes then, but what is wrong with me?
User :   I get extremely emotionally sensitive and shakey
User :   if its a sugar thing, then what should i do after i get tested?
Doctor :
The exact cause can only be known after a physical examination by a doctor, however
Doctor :
the cause for your present symptoms can be attributed to stress and anxiety/panic attacks if you have a stressful life.
Doctor :
You can get the blood sugars checked.
User :   I do have to urinate a lot more than i used to ... that was another question i had...Im 26 and in the mornings I have to urinate really badly .... it hurts... that never happened before
Doctor :
A fasting sugar of more than 110mg/dl or a post prandial sugars of more than 140mg/dl would indicate presence of diabetes.\
User :   not sure thats related though
Doctor :
The normal values would be indicated in the reports of the test.
Doctor :
Since when do you have the urination problem?
User :   about a year and a half... im not sure its a problem... but around 6AM every morning I have to urinate really bad
Doctor :
I mean since when are you having problems with urination?
Doctor :
This is ok,
Doctor :
as long as you do not have to go the the toiled very frequently during the night, it is not of concern.
Doctor :
Have you followed what I say?
User :   yeah
Doctor :
* toilet I meant.
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
User :   someone once mentioned that my symptoms sounded like hypoglycemia ... does that sound right?
Doctor :
Hypoglycemic symptoms occur when you haven't consumed and not after you have taken orally.
Doctor :
So it does not seem to be that of hypoglycemia.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   well... like i said in my first statement, my symptoms happen when i havent eaten
User :   is that what you are saying?
Doctor :   I meant when you haven't eaten.
Doctor :
I would suggest you to have the sugars checked to know if you have diabetes, if that is the concern is.
Doctor :
Hypoglycemia can produce your symptoms but a diagnosis of hypoglycemia as the only cause for your symptoms is possible
Doctor :
only if a documentation of the sugar when you have the symptoms is made.
Doctor :
In simple terms, your symptoms may be due to other reasons apart from the hypoglycemia too.
Doctor :
So I would suggest you to get the sugars checked to make things clear.
User :   okay
Doctor :   Do you have any other query>
User :   yeah... i cough up mucous all the time... year around... im always spitting and blowing my nose... is there anything wrong or something i can do?
Doctor :   The symptoms could be allergic in cause.
Doctor :
So avoid walking around the trees and plantations.
User :   yeah... but what about in the winter when everything is dead? i still have it just as bad
Doctor :   The symptom that occur due to winter happens due to constriction of the blood vessels of the nose
Doctor :
which is more pronounced when you have allergic symptoms.
Doctor :
It can also be associated with nasal deformity, a deviated nasal septum, I mean.
User :   Is there a drug I should take to reduce the symptoms???? Also, last questionĂ¢?¦. Is there anything I can take to lower my sex drive (libido)? herbal or drug? Ive looked on the internet forever and cant find anything. Its really important to me.
Doctor :
you can take tylenol cold and sinus when you have the symptoms and apart from this.
Doctor :
I suggest you to follow a healthy diet, with plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Doctor :
Once a day multivitamin pills should help in controlling the symptoms.
Doctor :
If possible get an examination done to look for presence of a nasal deformity.
Doctor :
If you have allergic symptoms avoid allergens.
Doctor :   Have you followed>
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
User :   did you get my last question?
Doctor :
There are no medications especially to avoid the sexual drive.
User :   None?!
Doctor :
You need to control the emotional and physical aspect.
Doctor :
That is the emotional and physical stimuli that regulates the libido.
Doctor :
No specific medications as such is available in reducing the libido.
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
Doctor :
Are you there?
Doctor :
