Doctor:Dr. XXXXXXX here
Doctor:How can I help you?
User:I went for a general check up in cloud9 ,last weekend and was diagonised having endomatric( cyst around overy)
User:iam very scared this can happer my chance of pregnancy
Doctor:Are you menstrual cycles regular?
User:hence want to know about this
Doctor:Do you have any symptoms especially severe abdominal pain?
User:but i had a 28day cycle before marrigae ,,after marriage it gradualy became 34 day
User:iam married since last 2 and a half yr
User:i have no symptom of any pain,,nothing. I went to the doc to just plan for my pregnancy
Doctor:Let me brief you.
User:The cyst as the doc says, is near left overy
User:the other overy is fine
Doctor:Endometrial cyst or simple endometrosis is a condition where there is cells of the uterus located outside the uterus. In your case the cells are found in the ovaries.
Doctor:They do not cause any trouble if you are asymptomatic and if your periods are regular.
User:i guess,,its not in the overy,,,its outside one of the overy
User:its 7 cm
User:if you want i can forward the scan copy of report to ur id
Doctor:If it is outside the ovary, then it is less concerning as it wouldn't affect your chances of pregnancy.
Doctor:It's fine.
Doctor:If they cause symptoms you can plan its removal by surgical means.
Doctor:In simple words, do not worry.
Doctor:I do not find any reasons that you should have fertility issues.
User:ok,,let me tell u wat the doc at cloud 9 told me
Doctor:Yes, please.
User:She told,,,the chances goes down,,if you hav it. As it refrains the egg to swim to the required place
User:hence she adviced me for laprocacy
Doctor:Laproscopic surgery is the best and effective treatment and removal of cyst does increase the chances of pregnancy.
User:but also told ,even after laproscopy,, the cyst may grow ,,there is no treatment for not growing
Doctor:However as the cyst is located at only one ovary
Doctor:the second ovary still can produce ova which can reach the uterus.
Doctor:and so if all is fine, your chances of pregnancy are not completely zero.
User:OK,,,Let me tell yo umy height is 5.6 and my weight before mariiage was 62 ,now its 67
User:now the doc told,,,for this reason i have too many eggs on my other overy which doesnt have a cyst
Doctor:I agree with your doctor's suggestions here.
Doctor:Though you still are under the normal limits,
Doctor:the increase in the length of menstrual cycle also suggests that there could be numerous follicles growing.
User:Can u tell me the avg cost for this Lapcroscopy
Doctor:The cost of the procedure varies among different institutes. On an average, the procedure would be costing around 0000 INR.
User:Oh,,the doc told 40k!!! Canyou suggest a good doc or a place to do the same in Bangalore
Doctor:Laproscopic surgeries are very common procedure done now-a-days. However I do not have personal reference in Bangalore.
Doctor:I do understand cloud9 is an expensive place.
Doctor:So I would suggest you to discuss with a few gynecologist in bangalore/outside bangalore regarding the need for surgery, when to time the surgery and the cost of procedure.
Doctor:you may leave a query on XXXXXXX using as a doctor option and one gynecologist could reply to you.
Doctor:Alternatively, I can request the customer support team to help you consult a gynecologist around your locality
User:thanks a lot for urguidence
Doctor:through whom you may take a second opinion by a direct physical consultation.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:yeah,,i will leave a query
Doctor:Is there any other query that you wish to discuss now?
User:No,,,thanks a lot
User:tk care by
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
