User :   this is about my diagnosis for piles in 2009
User :   actually at that time my doctor told me that it was a first degree piles

User :   at that time he suggested that i take OJEN-0 (02 timesx5 days) and Gutclear Syrup for 10 days
User :   all was fine from then till now...

User :   bur recently since last week, i am experiencing the same problem once agin....
