triglycerides - less than 100
HDL - greater than 50
LDL 66.8 ( is good for you)

User :   This is the first time I have done the test for HbA1c
User :   I was taking Ayurvedic medicine before... one month back I visited Alopathic doctor as my sugar was very poorly controlled since last 2years...
User :   it was ranging from 140 to 200
User :   Alopathic doctor advised that there is no cure for diabetic in Ayurvedic then I started taking Alopathic... so this is my first testing...
Doctor :   then you need to buy a glucometer and check them atleast once a week for the start

Doctor :   keep monitoring your HBA1C every 3 months so that progress of diabetes can be monitored

Doctor :   sugar check - i would advice, daily in the morning at 6 am before eating anything

User :   It's very difficult in finding.. as in most of the chemist store it's not there..

Doctor :   please understand that regular meds are needed, until your HBA1C is less than 5.5
Doctor :   if you achieve this and then maintain your sugars by diet and lifestyle changes , probably a trial of drug withdrwal can be attempted
Doctor :   if not sucessful then, you may need long term medications
Doctor :   also my advice would be combine medication use, diet and lifestyle changes for a long term period, so that diabetic complications can be avoided
Doctor :   renal , eye, brain problems due to lack of circulation can occur is diabetes is not controlled leading to major health issues in the future
