User :   he is a Diabetic patient from past 1 month.. and doesn't have BP !

User :   rating 6, no nausia or vomitting

Doctor :   was his BP checked? if yes, when was it last checked, and what was the reading?

User :   last week.. normal.. 120/80

Doctor :   I would recommend you to get his BP checked. Give him Tab Dolo Cold 1 tablet two times a day
Doctor :   2) steam inhalation 2 times a day.
User :   is it enough?
Doctor :   3) warm salt water gargling 3-4 times a day
Doctor :   4) Syrup Grilinctus 1 tbsp 3-4 times a day
Doctor :   he should improve with these. if the symptoms are not improved or getting worse or if sputum production starts
Doctor :   then he should be examined for chest congestion
Doctor :   by a physician, and if congestion is found to be present, he will need to be started on antibiotics
Doctor :   maintain his diabetic diet and give other medications as directed by treating doctor.

User :   and syrup for how many days?

User :   father is having sever back pain &Rt hand thumb x-rayed &found fractured local Drii had given me tab for 3 days 2 months ago

Doctor :   if the pain is continuing, then he should be re-examined by a orthopedic surgeon
Doctor :   he might need repeat x-rays of back/spine and thumb to look for current status.
Doctor :   and to decide on further management based on x-ray findings.
