User :   i approached orto dr . He asked me to do phisiotherapy liuke ir,etc.i did that . Still the pain is persisting. The pain is felt while slow walking &standing.While doing fast walk the pain vanishes. Dr what could betheproblem/

Doctor :   I could suspect a few conditions in your case with the history that you have given..
Doctor :   1) it could be Osteoarthritis, which is most commonly seen in your age group
Doctor :   since its due to the wear and tear ofthe joint the ligaments and the fluid in between..
Doctor :   2) it could be an infection of the joint where there could be swelling or pain while you touch the joint..
Doctor :   3) less likely to be due to the decrease in synovial fluid that is in the joint and helps to lubricate the joint while walking and running.
User :   Dr. There is no joint pain. but the pain is in just below hip at back side.but tolerable.thereis numbness from top to foot. This pain is only in left leg.
