User:I have a severe pain in my foot as well as back pain
Doctor:Since when is this problem?
User:and as per reports this is because of defficiency of Vitamin D
User:last 3-4 months

User:and one more thing that I am a diabetic patient also

Doctor:As you are diabetic, you must be aware about how important it is to keep the blood sugars under normal limits
User:yes, I am trying that
Doctor:I would suggest you to take a glass of milk without fail every day without sugar
Doctor:Obviously, you need to take Vitamin D supplement too in view of the low levels
User:yes, I am taking a tablet once in a week
User:for Vitamin D

User:I have tested that on Thursday
User:fasting and it was 162

User:at least 5-7 kgs
