User :   Hi, My name is XXXXXXXX from XXXXXX. My problem is I have a severe sleep disorder. I got married in 1997, then i was gettting treated for sinusitis, the doctor was an homeopath and according to him my septum was not straight, hence leading to breathing through mouth while sleeping. however, could not continue with the medicines and did not opt for anyother treatment. Situation today is grave, I feel sleepy during the day time i.e in office, this is to the extent that even in conferences/imp. meetings my eyes shuts and i feel very sleepy. In the night hours while travelling or at home i snore loudly and the people who have seen me, tell that i am unable to breathe properly and i make typical face as if i am craving to take a breath and followed by snoring. I also get up 3-4 times during the night for loo, please suggest me what do i do.
