User :   Hi, I am 23 years old and suffer from depression and BPD I am so low in mood at the moment and I cant seem to bring myself back up. It frightens me to feel like this as in the past I have taken overdoses when feeling like this. What can I do? Also I self-harm reall bad when feeling this way and end up needing stitches. Please help I dont want to go on living like this.

User :   He doesnt listen to me the only time I get listened to is when I have taken an overdose and have to see them in an emergency

User :   I am trying but I am failing at being strong I am getting tired of trying to be strong and its not even working everything I do is a challenge and I mean even simple things I just cant cope anymore
