Doctor :   normally full term is 40 weeks
User :   this is my second child i had a fluid problem with my first and now the weight is a problem with this one as well as goul stones
Doctor :
after 36 weeks it is safe and fine
Doctor :
cos before that he will be preterm and preterm babies will have more problems in health when compared to term babies\
User :   ok thank you for that but what can i say to my midwife about getting this done
Doctor :   where are u from?
User :   united kingdom
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
what was ur first delivery is it normal delivery or cesarean?
User :   it was normal but they had to break my waters for me as i they had not broke and i was not dilateing any further than 4 cm
Doctor :
gallstones is not an indication for early induction of labour
User :   i know but what i am trying to say is that they seem to be more pain as i get further along in pregnancy
Doctor :
preganancy with gallstones woll cause mor pain?
Doctor :
yes u are correct pregnancy with gallstones will cause more pain
Doctor :
so u are worried about that
Doctor :
Gallstones are a painful condition that can be caused and worsened by pregnancy. During pregnancy, the body slows and the gallbladder cannot empty excess cholesterol.

User :   but i didnt expect this much pain and i didnt expect to measure 4 weeks more than i should be im not eating very well which is worrying me yes because the baby is not getting the food and nutrients it needs i am constantly feeling bloated
Doctor :   ohh ok
Doctor :
then fine u can explain this to midwife
Doctor :
shwe will defnetly consider this
Doctor :
but dont induce before 36 weeks
Doctor :
as it will be a very huge problem to the baby
User :   i have tryed and she has just got angry with me due to the fact of me not eating i also dont want to be induced before 36 weeks
Doctor :   preterm babies will have low immunity power, they are more prone to infections.
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
u should go for bland fat free diet.
Doctor :
then u will not feel bloated
User :   the bloating is due to measuring to big
Doctor :   it may be becuase of excess fluid
Doctor :
u can remove that fluid if it is uncomfortable to u
Doctor :
have u taken any scanning of abdomen ?
User :   is that meaning the amniotic fluid ?
Doctor :
the fluid which is present in ur womb around the baby
Doctor :   Amniotic fluid helps protect and cushion the fetus and plays an important role in the development of many of the fetal organs including the lungs, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract. Fluid is produced by the fetal lungs and kidneys.
User :   well they said my fluid levels around the baby was all normal but they said the baby is on the large side and estimating its about 3lb 8oz in my stomach at the moment and when they told me that i was only 29 weeks so they said the baby could be about 11 to 12lb when it is born
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
then i dont think so this time u may have NVD
Doctor :
normal vaginal delivery
Doctor :
but still they try for nvd and if it fails only they will go for cesarean
Doctor :   with baby u are considerd at risk and ur mid wife also may not take risk to induce early ,
Doctor :
big baby*
Doctor :
are u there?
Doctor :
