User :   This chatting is for my 2 years old son

User :   he is not able to speak clearly, can't make words, understand them

User :   his tongue is alright, as per ENT doctor

User :   speech is his only problem. he has got a good developing brain

User :   what can be done to make him learn speaking clearly ASAP?

it is a developmental problem
Doctor :   there will be no problem with is brain or intelligence
User :   whatever he speaks, it is all greek to us, but he speaks with full actions, full emotions, gives full speech like a leader, with all his attention

Doctor :   at the age of two years most of them will attain , completely understand the language,to name an object

Doctor :   some will attain to utter 2-3 phrases
Doctor :   only family members will understand what the baby speaks
User :   that ENT doctor found no problem with my boy's tongue (we had to get it little cut from undersides - 2 times, it was some 10 months back). He also said, he is late with doing everything, so speaking shall also get a little late

by the age of 2.5 years he should be able to talk fluently
User :   Even his mother (my wife) is not able to understand his words - but okay, she can understand very few of my son's actions.

User :   because of lack of communication, my boy gets frustrated and then gets angry with us. he tries to hit us with his nails or push us - to tell us something. we want to do something to make him learn some words but all in vain

User :   coming april, we can send him to play school, that is our nearest hope, but before that, we don't know, what can be done for him

please stop overemphasizing on the speech of the child. this will cause inferior complex in him and he feels guilty of himself

encourage the child to speak what ever he wants
Doctor :   and try pretend as if you are understanding his speech
User :   we are keeping him free of all worries, that's no problem, and yes, we do pretend to understand his GREEK language

User :   I have to see one, it is a matter of coming 3-4 days again.
Doctor :   ok

i think speech therapist will be of great help in modifying his speech.
Doctor :   what ever it is the role of parents is great in this situation
User :   I hope so, otherwise, it is very difficult to even feed him properly
Doctor :  
parents have to be patient, consistently supportive
Doctor :   and good speech therapist, your son will be back to normal in 4 to 6 months
User :   well, I hope so. right now he has to un-learn his "greek" and learn our hindi/english language
