User :   Okay. Kinda sketchy site. But anyways. My name is AAAAAAA I'm 18 years old. I haven't had my period in three months. I took 2 pregnancy test and am probably pregnant but nothing. Why am I missing my period?
User :   I had sex on my fertile day, so I pretty much should be pregnant. If I'm not though, why am I missing my period for 3 months now. No spotting, nothing. Help please?
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   Dr AAAAAAA here
Doctor :   let me read what you have typed
User :   np
Doctor :   when was your last normal periods?
Doctor :   were your periods regular before? if yes what is your menstrual cycle length?
User :   3 months ago exactly. I'm usually on schedule. Should have started yesterday actually because I just got off b/c because that's what my PPH doctor told me
User :   yes
User :   about 5-7 days
Doctor :   ok. there can be two reasons for your absent periods
Doctor :   1) continued anovulatory cycles due to BCP use, leading to your body readjusting to normalcy
Doctor :   2) pregnancy if you are having symptoms suggestive of pregnancy
Doctor :   get an examination done by a gynecologist (not GP) to confirm /rule out pregnancy
User :   I appreciate that
Doctor :   along with getting a blood beta HCG test done which will confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately
User :   okay so the urine tests aren't always 99.9 percent acurate?
Doctor :   as sometimes UPT (urine pregnancy tests) can show false negative results
User :   2 times in a row? :/
Doctor :   this happens due to lack of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine
Doctor :   few women do not get it positive at all, and need confirmation with a blood test for HCG levels which can detect pregnancy as early as 11 days post conception

Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
Doctor :   is there anything else you would like to ask me?
