Doctor :
ok
User :   want to know the reasons and medication
Doctor :
i will help you to understand the cause
Doctor :
and guide you with the treatment
User :   ok
Doctor :
the various causes for this could be cause this symptom, such as lack of sleep, heredity, and bruising
Doctor :
In most cases the dark circles under the eyes are blood vessels that can be seen through the skin. The skin around the eyelids (periorbital skin) is the thinnest skin in the body (around 0.5 mm thick compared with 2 mm in other areas).
Doctor :
In people with a deep-set bone structure, shadowing contributes to the dark color under the eyes.
Doctor :   any condition that causes the eyes to itch can contribute to darker circles due to rubbing or scratching the skin around them.
Doctor :   Some food allergies and also seasonal allergies can also cause the area under the eyes to appear darker.
Doctor :   have you followed what i have said uptil now?
User :   As i said earlier I had sound sleep, also my parents dont have dark circles so heriditary also seems to be remote reason
Doctor :
fine, so these causes are eliminated
Doctor :
i will continue to tell you other reasons
Doctor :
you can go thru and similarly
User :   I dont feel itching or anything near my eyes
Doctor :
keep ruling out the causes
User :   ok
Doctor :
any medications that cause blood vessels to dilate can cause circles under the eyes to darken. Because the skin under the eyes is very delicate, any increased blood flow shows through the skin.
User :   I am not under any medication at present
Doctor :   lack of nutrients in the diet, or the lack of a balanced diet, can contribute to the discoloration of the area under the eyes. especially lack of iron causes it
User :   I used to have apple almost every day
Doctor :
lack of sleep or excessive tiredness can cause paleness of the skin, which again allows the blood underneath the skin to become more visible and appear more blue or darker, but since you feel you are sleeping well, this too is eliminated
Doctor :
apple contains mainly carbohydrates and few antioxidants.
User :   Doctor, I have some problem realted to stomach and digestion... can this be a problem?
Doctor :   iron containing foods include ragi, pulses, meat, poutry products, liver green leafy vegetables
User :   My stomach doesn't clears out properly in the morning

ok

Doctor :
gastritis symptoms include burning in chest, regurgitation,
Doctor :
sour feling in throat, upper stomach discomfort, burping,

flatulence or passing gas in the other way
User :   no

Doctor :

User :   ok
Doctor :
no not really, but disturbed sleep can cause it
Doctor :
do you smoke?
User :   no i dont smoke

Doctor :
do you have mucus / blood in stools?
User :   semi solid
User :   no blood
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
this could be a possible cause
Doctor :
i will suggest you few things that you can do to control these dark circles and prevent them
User :   ok
Doctor :
10take a multivitamin suppliment like Supractiv or Tab. A to Z on tablet daily
Doctor :
it will compensate the lack of essential vitamins like B6, folic acid and B12 which lead to apearance of dark circles
User :   I started folic acid tablets sometime back and took it for about 2 weeks
Doctor :   2) avoid taking wheat and wheat products
Doctor :
folic acid wil replace just one of the vitamins, not all
Doctor :
so instead of that take what i have suggested
Doctor :
3) sleep well, see if there is any disturbance during sleep
Doctor :
if you get up in morning not feeling refreshed, then it means that sleep was not proper
User :   ok
Doctor :
sleep atleast 6-8 hours at a stretch
Doctor :
4)Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily.
Doctor :   The tannin in tea bags has been shown to reduce swelling and discoloration, and cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes.
Doctor :   Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave fresh cucumber slices or cool, damp caffeinated tea bags (you can refrigerate them overnight so theyĆ¢??ll be ready) over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed.
Doctor :   5) Avoid rubbing your eyes. Usually rubbing of the eyes is brought on by allergies, but not always. Regardless of the reason, stop doing it. The rubbing irritates the skin and can break tiny capillaries beneath the skin, causing both puffiness and discoloration.
User :   ok
Doctor :   6)Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water. Be sure to get plenty of fruits and vegetablesĆ¢??especially cabbage, spinach, and other leafy green vegetables Get adequate fluids to improve circulation.
User :   ok
Doctor :   7) Reduce salt intake. Excess salt causes the body to retain water in unusual places, and this can result in puffiness under the eyes. Too much salt can also impair your circulation, and cause the blood vessels under the skin to appear bluer.
Doctor :   8)Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and retinol.
Doctor :   9) also try some home remedies like appyling potato juice
User :   hello, are you there?
Doctor :
or applying a mix of 1:1 of lemon juice and tomato juice

yes I am very much there
