User :   Hi, About 1 and 1/2 weeks ago I found a painful large lump under my armpit. Later that night I fell ill and vomited, and was nauseated for 2 days. The pain in the arm went down and today (A week 1/2 later) there is still a pea size lump there however it is not painful. Should I be worried?
