User:Had a query on homeopathy medication.

User:I am currently taking medication for anxiety and insomnia..

User:Im 25...Its been over 2 weeks now. I am finding slight improvment in sleep..but not very immediate, but gradual. although its different each day.

User:sometimes its 4 hours, sometimes 5 or even two hours. And there are symptoms of anxiety that day...sometimes in the evening or sometimes in the morning.
User:they are actually taking my interest off in daily activity and idleness or loneliness is making me feel restless...

User:i am not prefering to stay alone or go alone...over some days..Sometimes althogh i feel anxious I just go ahead and do what is needed. I do not stop.

User:I would be meeting the homeopth this weekend and he suggested that he would provide a medication for Anxiety..I am meanwhile taking efforts by doing Yoga, Exercise, cooking etc to keep occupied..
