Doctor :   is the problem aggravated with having oily/fatty/spicy foods?
User :   Maybe but i avoid to some extent to have such foods but not always
Doctor :   ok.
User :   I dont take breakfast may be that is the reason
User :   Gas accumulate there
Doctor :   I would recommend you to visit a gastroenterologist for the examination and probable endoscopy to see if any stomach mucosa is damaged leading to continuos symptoms
Doctor :   do not skip meals
User :   I did sonogarphy last month to find any complication but report was normal only they told it is fatty liver
Doctor :   there is a lot of time gap between dinner and lunch next day during which the stomach is empty
Doctor :   and the gastric acid productions will erode teh mucosa leading to excess gas production and discmfort
Doctor :   sonography will not detect stomach mucosa changes unless very severe and reaching pre-cancerous stages
Doctor :   and endoscopy will help to directly visualise the mucosa inside
Doctor :   and look for cahnges responsible for your symptoms
Doctor :   meanwhile continue to follow these steps: User :   I am scared for that thats why i didnt went for endoscopy
Doctor :   1) do not miss meals. do not leave stomach empty for more than 3 hours except when you are sleeping
Doctor :   2) avoid oily/spicy/fried foods. stick to bland food
Doctor :   3) avoid cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes
Doctor :   4) take Digene syrup 20 ml 2-3 times a day
Doctor :   5) if digene is not helping, then you will need to be prescribed potent acid suppressors that can be given after the endoscopy results to control acid production
Doctor :   do not worry, you can go ahead with endoscopy now after your gastroeneterology consultation
User :   ok thaks alot. I will follow this and surely go for endoscopy next week
Doctor :   do not delay further, early diagnosis and treatment will help you in controlling symptoms better.
Doctor :   6) avoid citrus fruits and juices like lemon, musambi orange
